In November 2025, Lester Controls proudly marks 41 years since opening our doors in 1984, a milestone shaped by resilience, dedication and the people who have defined our journey.

From our early beginnings as a small operation to becoming the UK’s largest independent lift controller manufacturer, our growth has always been driven by two constants: our people and our customers.
