Lester Controls has officially opened its expanded Lutterworth premises more than doubling its space to support growing lift controller and escalator wiring operations.

The move to Units 6 & 7 within the existing Wycliffe Industrial Park increases the premises from 9,500 sq ft to approximately 23,000 sq ft, marking an important step in the company’s continued investment in UK manufacturing.

Colleagues and members of the leadership team gathered to celebrate the opening with Stuart Davidson and Ben Davidson cutting the ribbon.

More space to support our customers

The expanded premises provide additional room for lift controller and escalator wiring operations, alongside a dedicated Plug & Play area.

The move also creates better working conditions for our Lutterworth team and greater capacity to support customers with their lift and escalator control requirements.

A new testing and training area is planned for 2027 adding to the facilities available as the site develops.
