Training Programme
 As control systems and associated equipment become more complex, the need for staff training
increasingly becomes a matter of great necessity. That is why Lester Controls offer complimentary
training sessions to familiarise your staff with our products.
Training can be augmented to suit the responsibilities of the engineers, from a service view to
repairs and testing.We can demonstrate the various drives that Lester Controls utilises and let the
engineers experiment with settings and observe the responses.We can even simulate lift faults so
engineers can use the process of elimination that they will need in the field.
If you have any special requirements for your engineers we will be only too please to
accommodate these needs. Whilst the engineers are visiting our factory, we will show them the
development of a control panel, from it’s origin as an enquiry to it’s fulfilment as a fully processed
order.
Please contact our office to arrange suitable dates for your engineers to attend our factory for
training on Lester Controls’ products.We reserve Wednesdays for training sessions but other days

new service.
The 3G3FV inverter
manufactured by Omron can
now be accepted for repair.
At
the moment it is the only drive
considered for repair but we
are confident other drive types
will be added in the near
