Almega / Magnetek HPV600
LCSL have developed, with Magnetek UK a serial communication system from our Almega lift processor to the HPV600 drive. This system reduces the possibility of drive signal error and increases drive response times. The Rs422 comms link will now support both open & close loop applications.
Slim line Tc3’s & blue LED options
As a result of LCSL's heavy investment in the lates pick & place plant technology, LCSL has been able to re-design the TC3 range of Tri colour digital indicators. The new sleek line TC3’s are 20mm smaller in depth allowing smaller surface mounting or reduced depth back boxes.
They still retain all the features of the previous TC3 range including the popular screw terminals.
Another option we can now offer as result of customer enquiries is a blue led version of the TC3 50 2 digit.
Plug & Play
LCSL can now offer a solution to onsite wiring errors. We can now provide along with control panel a “plug & play” shaft & car flex loom system.
One end of the flexes plug directly into the control panel din rail. The other end plug into the half way box provided. The LCSL car top control wires directly into the half way box along with the Tape head or USP. We can also pre wire the cop etc if supplied by LCSL.
The shaft looms also plug into the din rail and then are run into the shaft trunking when it is connected to the various shaft components
LCD Indicators
The new LCD Lift Position and Information Display is based on a quarter VGA sized LCD screen giving up to 256 colours with a resolution of 320 X 240 pixels.
It is compatible with the standard 2 digit and 3 digit LED type displays and will even operate from the previous 2 wire control system with the exception of requiring one additional wire for power.
It provides floor position, time and date, messages and hall lantern all displayed on a pre-programmed background. Arrival gong output is also available to drive a small speaker.
An optional power save mode is also available to switch off the display during periods of lift inactivity. There is an optional extension memory to give more than one background if required.
For ease of maintenance and repair there are four diagnostic LEDs on the rear panel.

Motor Room Equipment
As an addition to your control panel order LCSL can now offer a motor room kit. This comprises of a dual tool board / drawing and manual holder, a comprehensive warning notice kit and an insulated safety rubber mat. This can be ordered with the panel or as a supplementary item. |
