To all customers of Lester Controls

There is nothing more important to us at Lester Controls than the safety, health and well-being of our staff, their families, our customers and their families.

It is for this reason that from 7:30am 24th March 2020 we have taken the decision to temporarily close our normal business facilities for a period of 3 weeks whilst we closely monitor the UK and Regional Government’s advice which we are following regarding the Covid-19 outbreak.

For those customers who are currently looking to receive an imminent delivery of controller equipment, we are in the process of contacting you directly to discuss what options are available to us both to facilitate this for you and to confirm when. For customers who are currently looking to progress an enquiry, our key people are set up to work remotely and will progress any enquiries made in the normal way. However, we would ask for your patience with regards to our response. For customers who have progressed an enquiry with us and are looking to place an instruction, we remain in a position to accept orders and administer these onto our system for action when normal business resumes.

FOR ESSENTIAL PARTS SUPPLY OF OUR PRODUCTS, AND TO ENABLE OUR CUSTOMERS TO MAINTAIN OR REPAIR OUT OF SERVICE LIFTS, WE WILL PROVIDE A WEEK-DAY DAILY COLLECTION SERVICE FROM OUR CROYDON FACILITIES BETWEEN 9 TO 11am.

Should you wish to contact us for information on our equipment or urgent parts availability you can still do so by telephone or by e-mail to your usual Lester Controls Account Manager. Alternatively, visit our website for up-to-date information.

The commercial and technical depts have the ability to connect to our servers remotely so can still assist with enquiries and technical calls, we ask that you contact initially via technical@lestercontrols.co.uk and info@lestercontrols.co.uk so the assistance can be undertaken by the next available person.

In conclusion, we wish all of our customers, their family, friends and of course our staff the very best in such unprecedented times.
